Terms of Use
Last updated 5 October 2026
The app
Varji is a workout planner for iPhone, made by Igor Grechishkin. Using the app means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions
Running workouts needs a subscription bought through the App Store. Planning, editing, and settings stay free. Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings, or in Varji under Settings → Manage subscription. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the rest of the trial ends.
- Apple handles billing and refunds under its own terms.
Your data
Your workouts, logs, and settings are stored on your device. What the routine importer sends to our server, and how to delete it, is described in the Privacy Policy.
The routine importer
The importer uses an AI model to read the routine you type. It can misread things: a wrong weight, a missed set, a wrong day. Check the plan before you train with it. You can edit everything it made.
Training safety
Varji times and organizes workouts you choose. It does not give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a training program, and stop if you feel pain.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, lost data, or other losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, this page shows the new date. If a change matters for how you use the app, the app's release notes say so.
